Its deep violet color expresses integrity and freshness and promises a good ability to age. Its bouquet reveals notes of blackberry giving way to an enveloping fragrance of red plum, softly tempered by a balsamic hint. The sylvan character of the fruit is reaffirmed in the mouth, accompanied by bright notes of forest berries, currants, blackberries, and ripe plums, finishing with a nostalgic hint of black cherries in spirits.
